The Concept
The Centre of Excellence for International Careers and Education (CoE) is an innovative approach to address the contemporary needs of career education, preparation, and planning. This is integral to educational institutions seriously focused on the career achievements of their students and alumni.
The Centre of Excellence will be a strategically important partnership between iQuery and partner schools/institutions and will establish an on campus eco-system for international career planning, guidance, and support through partnerships with some of the best universities in the world and a range of quality educational partners. It brings together the key stakeholders of the Education to Employment and Course to Career process for every student.
The Purpose
The purpose of the Centre of Excellence for International Careers and Education is to establish a life-long partnership between iQuery and educational institutions of international quality and repute. The Centre of Excellence intends to provide the combined advantages of studying at an institution of exceptional quality that would provide ample and dedicated pathways for further education and careers major destinations around the world through long-term guided career planning, preparation, and guidance for success with university education and career goals
The Centre sets new benchmarks in providing a wholistic, organic, and long-term services to students and their families and aims to bring innovative and impactful, academic, and financial benefits to the host school and the wider community.

It brings together all the key stakeholders of the course to career process that each student transitions through.
The Centre sets new benchmarks in providing holistic, organic, and long-term services to students and their families.

The Roles and Responsibilities – iQuery
The Centre of Excellence in International Careers and Education is an integral part of iQuery as a global education business and represents the ethos of iQuery to always stand for the interests and wellbeing of the students in every program and process.
The following are the broader roles and responsibilities:
- Set up and manage the Centre of Excellence in International Careers and Education.
- Provide training and professional leadership to the Centre Head.
- Provide the remuneration to the Centre Head.
- Provide the entire suite of iQuery services for students and families.
- Bring and maintain the presence of a range of stakeholders including universities to the school campus on a permanent basis.
- Enable and manage a yearlong calendar of activities to keep the focus on career postsecondary goals of the students.
- Facilitate relational partnerships between the institutional partners and the host school.
The Roles and Responsibilities – Institute
The following are the broader roles and responsibilities:
- Provide the space and facilities for the Centre of Excellence in International Careers and Education.
- Facilitate engagement for the Centre of Excellence to engage with the students, parents, and other key stakeholders.
- Host representatives of the partners of the Centre of Excellence, including high profile visitors like ministers and vice chancellors.
- Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence in all career planning and development initiatives aimed at students and their families.
Financial Responsibilities
The following financial responsibilities will be fulfilled by the host school and iQuery:

Further Innovation and Development
The Centre of Excellence will strive to include more services and support to enable students become study ready and job study.
The Centre of Excellence will be guided by the leadership of both iQuery and the host school to innovate and adapt to future evolution of international education and career opportunities. An active role played, and contributions made by the partnering institutions is also envisioned.
Declaration
This MOU will enable iQuery Australia to establish and maintain the Centre of Excellence in International Careers and Education on every campus/es of …………… for three years from the date of both parties signing this MOU and for the duration of affiliation to teach the Australian Curriculum when accredited.
